An important name change for Raghava Lawrence

Last week we had reported that Actor-Director Raghava Lawerence who had launched two films to be produced by Vendhar Movies S.Madhan and directed by him will first act in the Tamil remake of Telugu super hit film.

Lawrence will act in the Tamil remake of Nandamuri Kalyan Ram starrer 'Pattas' before moving to his directorial projects. This film is going to be produced by R.B.Choudary under his Super Good Films banner and directed by Sai Ramani of 'Singa Puli' fame.

The makers felt that 'Motta Siva Ketta Siva Da' the title which has been registered by Vendhar Movies Madhan for one of his films with Lawrence will be apt for the Tamil remake of 'Pattas' and requested Madhan to part with the title. Madhan has also generously given the title to the Super Good Films.

So it has been officially confirmed that the Tamil remake fo 'Pattas' will be known as 'Motta Siva Ketta Siva Da'.

Nikki Galrani plays the lead heroine role in this film while veteran Sathyaraj has been roped in for an important role. The supporting cast will include Sathish, Kovai Saral, Thambi Ramiah, Mano Bala, Kovai Sarala, Devadarshini, Sriman and many others.

Music will be scored by Amrish, the son of veteran actress Jayachithra. John Mahendran, the son of veteran director Mahendran and the director of Vijay-Genelia starrer 'Sachein' will be penning the dialogues for this film. Sarvesh Murari who has worked in many Telugu films makes his Kollywood debut as the cinematographer with this film. Praveen K.L will take care of the Editing while Selvakumar has ben entrusted with Art Direction.

The shooting of 'Motta Siva Ketta Siva Da' will begin in Chennai on November 18 and it will go on for 30 days in the city. Further schedules have been planned at Hyderabad, Hong Kong, Switzerland and other places. The film will be made in a grand scale according to an official press release from the production house.
