The maker of 'Satyananda' Kannada film Madan Patel has decided to approach the High Court of Karnataka in the wake of Bengaluru City Civil Court staying the release of the film.

I have complete belief in the judiciary and I would get the right justice in the higher court. I would enlighten what the content of my film 'Satyananda' says Madan Patel after knowing the stay of his film by civil court on Tuesday evening.

Swami Nityananda of Bidadi followers have been unnecessarily targeting the film 'Satyananda' even after telling that the film has nothing to do with Nityananda. I have only dealt in the subject the 'Bundle and Dongi' swamiji who are bane to the society and not touched on the life sketch of Swami Nityananda.

Madan Patel further says I have invested a few crores on this film and made it clear what I am making. Let the Regional Censor Board see the film and decide. If they say I have targeted Swami Nityananda, I will not release it in public says Madan Patel, actor, producer, music director, director of the film. He is also a BJP politician.
