Pasupathi injured

Actor Pasupathi, who is currently working on 'Vairam' (Malayalam), was canning serious action sequences in Thodupuzha, when he injured himself and was rushed to a private hospital. The actor is said to be in stable condition now and shooting will resume in a week’s time.

‘Vairam’ is a film that is being directed by MA Nishad. Revolving around the happenings in a family, it has Meera Vasudevan playing the wife of Pasupathi, apart from a 16-year-old, acting as their daughter. The film is all about how Pasupathi fights for justice after his daughter has been brutally killed by baddies.

The climax portions of the film were being canned when the incident took place. Pasupathi who shares a big fan following in the state was introduced to Mollywood with the stylish hit 'Big B', with Mammootty in the lead. ‘Vairam’ is his second film in the language.
