As reported earlier, actress Parvathy Thiruvoth is prepping up to make her directorial debut soon. Work on the movie will reportedly begin by July this year and an official announcement will be made soon. The latest that we hear is the actress will be heading to the US for doing a two-month-long filmmaking course. In order to pursue her passion, the actress is said to have opted out of three movies too.
On the work front, Parvathy has collaborated with film-maker Sidhartha Siva for an upcoming movie titled 'Varthamanam', which is primarily shot in North India. The movie also has actors like Roshan Mathew and Dain Davis in the film. Parvathy's 'Sivaranjiniyum Innum Sila Pengalum' in which she stars, has done the rounds of film festivals and will release in theatres soon.
Parvathy recently completed the shoot of ‘Rachiyamma’, a segment directed by Venu as part of an anthology. She will also be seen in a cameo role in ‘Halal Love Story’ directed by Zakariya. The actress is also one of the founding members of the Women in Cinema Collective, an association formed in the wake of the abduction and sexual assault of an actress in February 2017.
