Parvathy disclosed in a recent function held in Ernakulam that she had been a victim of child abuse, eve teasing and stalking.

The "Bangalore Days", "Ennu Ninte Moitheen" etc., heroine while addressing a function at St. Teresa`s College conducted by Ebi Eden M.L.A. , to present awards to academically meritorious students, opened up her mind and spoke about her bad experiences.

She stated that she had also undergone similar experiences and is a victim of child abuse, eve teasing, stalking and online predation. Every woman is undergoing these things in life and she is no different. In future also she may have to face such similar situations, but the only thing is women should be aware of these traps and brave it.

Youngsters should be aware of such criminal tendencies and should keep a strict vigil. They should heed to the advice given by elders in these issues which is coming from their experiences and should be taken in the right sense.

The actress had earlier acted in a short film called Bodhini which dealt with the issue of online sexual predators who trap children via social networking sites.
