Nivetha Pethuraj, known for her riveting performances, is set to entertain movie lovers with her upcoming web series Paruvu. The series is bankrolled by Chiranjeevi's daughter Sushmitha Konidela and is scheduled to stream on Zee5 from June 14, 2024.
Nivetha has been promoting the web series extensively, and the promotional efforts have generated immense hype. However, during a recent interaction, she expressed her frustration with Telugu journalists for not respecting her requests and for publishing unverified content on social media. Despite her repeated pleas, the journalists continued their practices.
She remarked that negativity spreads rapidly on social media, which is why many celebrities delete their posts within minutes of sharing them. She pointed out that even for regular photos and posts, the comment sections are often filled with negative comments. This led her to delete the "doom scrolling" app, as it was consuming a lot of her precious time.
Nivetha emphasized that reporters, like social media trolls, should be mindful of what they write or say. She stated that reporters should rely on evidence and avoid speaking ill of anyone. She lamented that the media tends to sensationalize everything and that discussing these issues often feels futile.
Regarding Paruvu, Nivetha shared that she has around six hours of screen presence but does not have any scenes with Mega brother Naga Babu. She humorously mentioned that she plans to question Sushmitha about why there were no scenes featuring them together. The web series stars Naresh Agastya in the lead role and is directed by Siddharth Naidu and Vadlapati Rajasekhar.
With the Paruvu promotions getting tremendous response and the glimpse, teaser and trailer increasing the curiosity levels among movie lovers, they are waiting eagerly for the streaming to start so that they can enjoy the twists and turns in the webseries and enjoy the first hand experience of it.
