Paruchuri Venkateswara Raos wife passes away at 74

Senior writer Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao has been bereaved. The veteran artist's wife Vijayalakshmi on Friday breathed her last at their Hyderabad residence due to cardiac arrest. She was 74.

TV reports say that the deceased was not keeping well for several days before her death. Venkateswara Rao is reportedly shocked.

The Paruchuris are currently making arrangements for the last rites of Vijayalakshmi later on Friday at Film Nagar. Given that the situation is bad in Hyderabad due to the pandemic, they are taking all care to ensure that nobody is inconvenienced.
