Actor-director- producer R Parthiban, with his next movie Pachchakkuthirra, takes a new avatara lyricist.

Supposedly a commercial entertainer, Pachchakkuthirra being produced, directed and enacted by Parthiban has Namitha opposite him.

Parthiban says, 'the movie has fast and racy Ghana numbers and I chose to pen them myself. Luckily, they have all come good'.

Parthiban is no stranger to poetry. He has come out with his book of poems (Kirukal) before.

Meanwhile, shooting for Pachchakkuthirra is on at full pace.

Speaking about Namitha, he says, 'she has so far been known for her glamour roles. In Pachchakkuthirra, she dons the role of a slum girl, who fights for everything. She has proved that she can also perform on the screen'.

Bubbling with enthusiasm, Parthiban, says, 'my fans can see a refreshing movie.
