Box Office opening status of Parthiban’s ‘KIN’

Director-Actor Parthiban's 'Koditta Idangalai Nirappuga' starring himself, Shanthanu and Parvathy Nair in lead roles released on January 14, 2017 on the day of Pongal festival as the only Tamil film to share the Pongal weekend at the Box office with Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 'Bairavaa' which had released a couple of days earlier.

According to information we have gathered from sources in the Box Office Trade circles, the film without any star attraction has achieved a 'Good Opening' in Chennai city.

Having released in 13 screens across Chennai, the film has had 52 shows in its first two days of release (January 14 & 15). With this the film has collected Rs.12,49,960 with a decent 85% occupancy.

The following two days being Government holiday is expected to benefit the film's box office prospects and we hope the film will achieve a hit verdict at the box office.
