Director and Actor Parthiban is known for his wit and intelligent, humor laced talks and his unique and interesting movies. He had last directed the Shanthanu, Parvathi Nair starrer Koditta Idangalai Nirappuga released before 2 years, and is now gearing up for the release of his next directorial venture.

Parthiban's next is Oththa Seruppu and the movie will star himself in lead role, Touted to be a murder mystery, Oththa Seruppu is produced by the actor himself in his Bioscope film frames, and will have music by Santhosh Narayanan and cinematography by Ramji.

The director has now posted a photo on his Twitter handle, taken during his recent meeting with Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan, where he had gifted Kamal Haasan few books, and invited him for the audio launch of Oththa Seruppu. Besides Parthiban has also invited director Shankar for the audio launch, and is expecting both of them to grace the occasion. Parthiban will be seen next on screen in Vishal's Ayogya.
