For last couple of days, a case about the alleged misbehaviour by a Zomato valet is going viral on Internet. A Bangalore based social media influencer, Hitesha, has accused a Zomato valet named Kamaraj of assaulting her after a quarrel over the order. After the matter gained so much wind on the internet, actress Parineeti Chopra has urged Zomato to reveal the truth about the whole incident and do the needful. She also sided with Kamaraj as his side of the story seemed more true.
Parineeti tweeted, "Zomato India – PLEASE find and publicly report the truth.. If the gentleman is innocent (and I believe he is), PLEASE help us penalise the woman in question. This is inhuman, shameful and heartbreaking .. Please let me know how I can help.. #ZomatoDeliveryGuy @zomatoin."
Hitesha, earlier posted a video claiming that Kamaraj broke into her house, hurled abuses at her and punched her on the nose. However, Kamaraj denied the allegations and revealed that the woman in question didn't want to pay for the cash on delivery order.
