Varun Dhawan and Parineeti Chopra are both well established and successful stars of Bollywood and they share a healthy friendship too. However, the audience haven't seen them pair up on screen yet. The closest they came to starring alongside each other was in a song from the film 'Dishoom'. But it looks the fans are finally getting to witness this fresh pair in screen. Parineeti is in talks to be the leading lady in Varun Dhawan's next film with Sajid Nadiadwala.

A source told Bollywood Hungama, "Parineeti is being under consideration by Sajid Nadiadwala for the lead role in Sanki. The action thriller is apparently a remake again, but nobody knows which film is being remade now. All that is out is Varun will be playing the lead role in the suspense drama. Now, the makers want to lock Pari opposite Varun. This will also be a fresh pairing for the masses because they have never done a film together before. While there have been verbal discussions as of now, the contract is yet to be locked."

Parineeti is currently in headlines for her upcoming Saina Nehwal biopic while Varun is busy filming for the horror comedy 'Bhediya' in Arunachal Pradesh.
