Things are starting to get well for actress Parineeti Chopra. Although her last few films were critical and commercial failures, she bounced back and delivered an amazing performance in recently released 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar'. She and her co-star Arjun Kapoor are garnering praises for their respective characters. Parineeti, who is currently in Turkey spending time doing workouts and stuff, shared a thing or two about herself in an conversation with TOI.

The actress said, "I have waited for this for 5 years. I was waiting for all the love and accolades that I got at the beginning of my career to come back. Finally, it has happened. I am humbled and overwhelmed. The critics weren't wrong when they did not like what they saw about me; it was just that I had to make the right choices that would showcase my talent. 2021 has given me my results, I would say."

Before 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar', Parineeti starred in 'Saina' and 'The Girl On The Train' both of which were poorly recieved and criticised for her expressinless acting.
