Parineeti Chopra replaces Shraddha Kapoor in biopic!

An year ago, the biopic of badminton champion Saina Nehwal was launched and it was announced that actress Shraddha Kapoor who's known for hits like Aashiqui 2, Stree etc was roped in to play Saina.

Shraddha Kapoor had underwent intense badminton training under Saina and Gopichand to perfect her role but unfortunately now she's not able to continue being a part of the movie due to callsheet issues, and has opted out of the movie.

Now Parineeti Chopra, who's known for movies like Ishaqzaade, Shuddh Desi romance has been roped in to play Saina in the movie directed by Amole Gupte and the movie will be completed by end of 2019 and will hit screens early 2020.
