"Parineeta-The Married Woman," the latest film by renowned film director Vidhu Vinod Chopra, promises dazzling shots of tea-laden hills of Darjeeling, along with the hectic hustle-bustle of Kolkata.

The film based on a novel written by Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyaya, one of the leading lights of Bengali literature, is scheduled to release here April 2005.

Starring Saif Ali Khan, Raima Sen, and new find Vidya Balan, the intense love saga explores the difference between a man and woman's perception of love and commitment.

According to filmmakers, the film had been shot on a hectic 50-day shoot, and is now almost complete.

The film also contains shots of the famed toy train that was earlier used in the song legend "Mere Sapno Ki Rani" in Aradhana, starring Sharmila Tagore, Khan's mother.

Music for the film will be released Feb 2005.
