We broke the news first to you that Kamal Haasan is considering making a quickie before starting the shooting of 'Vikram' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj which requires a huge star cast that includes Vijay Sethupathi and Fahaadh Faasil. We also informed you that talks are on to remake the recent Malayalam blockbuster hit 'Dhrishyam 2' starring Mohan Lal and Meena.

Kamal and Gautami starred in 'Papanasam' the Tamil remake of the original 'Drishyam' which one of the biggest hits in Kamal's career. Kamal and Gautami who were in personal life in a relationship for several years separated in 2019 and are not keen to work together again professionally too.

We have the info that Sripriya the producer of 'Papanasam 2' and Kamal Haasan have decided to approach Meena who has starred in the original versions in Malayalam and Telugu to star in Tamil too.
