PS Vinod is a cinematographer par extraordinaire. The visionary in him came to the fore in Rhythm, where he captured the by lanes of Chennai with a typical eye for the visuals. It was not difficult for the instinctive talent to make a mark with films like Tees Maar Khan, Musafir and Striker in Hindi.

More popularly, he made the bloodied scenes in Raktha Charitra look all the more fearsome with his camera. As a cinematographer with an eye for the details, the insightful talent can make the film look glossy or aesthetically dark depending on what the director wants.

He is in news now because of his forthcoming film Panjaa. The film may have been a cakewalk for him because of the creative partner in Vishnu Vardhan. Just like Vinod, Vishnu has a taste for vivid visuals, expressive angles and polished shots.
