It was tough competition this Diwali, and Vishal's 'Pandianadu' seems to have won grand yet consistent positive response from all over South India. Coming as the first from Vishal Film Factory, the Suseenthiran directive is a lauded revenge story, with perfected nuances and intricacies. After the feedback with high regard from Malayalam fans who watched the film in Palghat, it has now been unanimously decided to release the movie in more number of screens across the length of Kerala.

Registering the huge response that 'Pandianadu' garnered, the film is to be released in 75 more screens across the four states in South India. With this, it is noted that 'Pandianadu' is the biggest blockbuster in all the four states - Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka - of the three Diwali releases in Kollywood.
