Pandiraj shoots with 1500 kids

Pandiraj, who is back to his favourite territory (kids genre) with 'Haiku', has shot some important scenes of the movie in his native Narsandrupatti in Pudukottai district.

Also, he has made 1,500 children from the area to act in the film. "I picked kids from my alma mater Ramanathan Chettiar Higher Secondary School and other nearby institutions," he says.

Produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment, 'Haiku' has Suriya and Amala Paul in key roles. Bindu Madhavi, Karthik Kumar and Ramadoss are also there. "Talkie portions are over, only songs are pending," says Pandiraj.
