Box office success; got selected for Indian panorama; recently won the Golden Elephant Award at the 16th International Children’s Film Festival - and much more is waiting for ‘Pasanga’ director Pandiraj.

Pandiraj is from a small village called Virisillai of Pudukootai district. During his early days the director was working in Bhagiyaraj’s journal, Bhagya. Then he went on to get the attention of directors like Cheran and Thangar Bachan and joined them as assistant directors.

“Mani Ratnam’s ‘Anjali’, Iranian director Majith Majith’s ‘Children Of Heaven’ and ‘Colours Of Paradise’ are the inspirations of my ‘Pasanga’. I am starting the work for my next film by the first week of January. The film will have all fresh faces just like my maiden venture and will be shot in my home town,” shared the young director.

At the same time as Pandiraj is above the ninth cloud enjoying his good name, he has plans to enter the marital bliss. We have got to hear that the filmmaker will be marrying Vasanthi (Daughter of Pandiraj’s sister). Birdies say that the director will be announcing his marriage plans officially very soon.

It’s a good news! We wish the best to Pandiraj in all his comings and goings!

Posani as software engineer in 'Gentleman'

Politico-actor-director-writer Posani Krishnamurali's endeavours are eerie, if not outright, ludicrous. A few months back, he released Mental Krishna and claimed to release Gali Seenu in succession.
