Actor Sonu Sood has always been known for his ability to play iconic villainous roles and his simple off screen personality. However, ever since the pandemic started disrupting our lives, Sonu gained the image of a messiah by helping out migrant workers, Covid-19 patients and students in several ways.

These acts of philanthropy also changed the way people in the film industry perceived Sonu. In a recent media interaction, the actor shared that he is no longer offered villainous roles since every filmmaker wants to show him in good light.

Sonu told The Indian Express, "Nobody is offering me anything negative anymore. Even the parts that I did before the pandemic, it’s been changed. The whole script is being altered to put my part in good light. I think it’s a whole new inning for me and I pray it goes right.
