Anushka-starrer Panchakshari will be shot on the banks of the Godavari, according to its director Samudra. The film will be shot in two or three schedules and will complete by the end of March 2010. The producers are planning to release it in mid-April.
The director has said that the film will have extraordinary scenes and story. He says that Anushka's characterisation and performance will be crucial.
Samrat, Nasser, Chandramohan, Pradeep Rawath are playing important roles. Brahmanandam, MS Narayana, Ali Raghubabu, Uttej, Sana and Shakunthala will also be seen.
The film will bear no resemblance as such to Arundhathi, says Samudra. Madhu Vipparthi has lent the story. It has dialogue by Thota Prasad, while music is by Chinni. Akkineni Venkataratnam is producing the film.
While it is presented by Nagarjuna, it has cinematography by Vasu.
The film will be hugely awaited by the fans of Anushka who wish to see her in a powerful role yet again. Let's see if Panchakshari will be critically-acclaimed too.
