Pakistani actors and actresses banned in India

In the light of the terror attack in Pulwama that claimed the lives of over 40 CRPF personnel, top leaders and celebrities of the country have vowed to support the families of the martyrs in any possible way. The All India Cine Workers Association has announced a total ban on Pakistani actors and artists following the gruesome attack.

The AICWA notice read, “All Indian Cine Workers Association strongly condemns brutal terrorist attack on our soldiers at Pulwama district in Jammu and Kashmir. Our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims. AICWA stands with nation in confronting such terror and inhumanity. Were officially announcing a total ban on Pakistani Actors and Artists working in Film Industry. Still if any organisation insist on working with Pakistani Artists will be banned by AICWA and a strong action will be taken against them. Nation comes first, we stand with our nation.”

In the heinous terror attack of the CRPF convoy in Awantipora in Jammu and Kashmir on February 14, the lives of at least 40 jawans were claimed, while several others were injured after a militant of Jaish-e-Mohammed drove an explosive-laden vehicle into a bus in the Pulwama district.
