Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, who denied any involvement of the country in the Pulwama attack that claimed the lives of over 40 CRPF jawans, has promised that Pakistan wouldn’t think twice before retaliating in case India attacks their country.

“All this ‘attack Pakistan’ talk is all keeping elections in mind. But if at all these are serious, please make note of one thing clearly - Pakistan will not think of retaliating, it will retaliate,” said PM Imran Khan in his first statement following the terror attack.

However, he added that strict action would be taken if evidence is found against anyone from Pakistan being involved in the attack. Jaish-e-Mohammed, a Pakistan based terror group, claimed responsibility for the attack.
