Based on the report published in one of the weekly magazine in 2009 the story for the 'Pagade' Kannada film was arrived by writer and actor Harshavardhana for his friend Vishwas Bharadwaj as hero in the film. For the script of Harshavardhan the joining of intelligent guy Krish Joshi added more value. Krish Joshi handled the screenplay and dialogues required for the debut producer HV Annappa.

A politically connected Annappa agreed to produce the film only because of the image of Vishwas Bharadwaj in small screen. I was aiming for a good quality cinema and the team is very intelligent to make it says Annappa of Manchinayakanahalli Taluk Panchayat vice President.

According to Krish Joshi director of 'Gandhi Smiles' the screenplay of this film is in commercial pattern and flash cum inter cuts used in this film to keep the audience glued to the seats. We would show the scene 9 and come to one. The pattern continues throughout the film. This is a 'Game of War and Love'.

Omkar of six films all religious ones is Purushottam in his first commercial film direction. Love is mysterious in this film. We are starting the film on 14th of this month. This is a love story with lots of twists and turns he says.

Harshavardhan the story writer for this 'Pagade' says it concerns the two states Karnataka and Gujarat and it was published in India Today in August 2009. With that base we have developed the script says Harshavardhana.

Highly popular in small screen in the last 15 top television serials Vishwas Bharadwaj acted in around 10 Kannada films but as a hero he is launching now on the Valentine Day. There is ‘Rose and Gun’ – there is sufficient thrill in the subject. It is very curious and interesting as it moves on the silver screen. I am preparing especially for this film says Vishwas Bharadwaj.

Actress of ‘Centrla Jail’ Kannada cinema Gamya is the female lead in ‘Pagade’. Gauri Venkatesh is doing the camera work for his 50th film. Sagar Nagabhushan is the music director.
