Padmapriya who made her debut in Tamil as a polite small town college girl in ‘Thavamai Thavamirundhu’ has travelled a long since then. Not convinced with the kind of offers after she got after her first film in Tamil she dared to bare a bit. That fetched her some offers like ‘Pattiyal’. Even critically acclaimed performances in Satham Podathey, Mirugan and Pokkisham did not satisfy her.

Her latest in Tamil ‘Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam’ will release by end of this month. But Padmapriya can’t wait any longer to move up the ladder. So she has decided to go all out for glamour. Her first Hindi film ‘Striker’ released last week and she says her new decision has nothing to do with her Bollywood foray.

She says now, she is now ready to strip to whatever extent the character would demand. But she also immediately clarifies vulgarity is a strict not for her, whatever that means.
