Padmapriya goes to Bollywood

Though Padmapriya suffered a setback in her career with Kirat replacing her in Arjun starrer ÂDuraiÂ, she has moved ahead a few steps with an offer to act in a Hindi film. The movie, titles ÂStriker will have Siddharth in the lead and Padmapriya would play his pair in the movie.
It is said that Padmapriya, playing the role of a bar dancer, will be seen in very glamourous outfits and. When queried about the glamour, the girl from Kerala says that she is not averse to glamour. Âit is just that no one has asked me to act soÂ, says the beautiful lass.
Ironically, according to the grapevine, Padmapriya was removed from ÂDurai because director A. Venkatesh felt that she is not hot enough to suit the role in his masala flick.
