Gowtham Menon and Harris Jayaraj share a unique bonding. The songs in Minnale, Khaakha Khaakha and Vettaiyaadu Villaiyaadu went on top the audio charts. The songs had style and substance written all through. The two come together again to recreate the magic in Pachai Kili Muthusaram.

A mix of western and classical tunes, the songs in the album are simply catchy and amazing.

The likes of Bombay Jayashree, Naresh Iyer and Karthik along with the newcomer Gowthamy Rao have stuck to their task.

Unakul Naan (Bombay Jayashree)

If you expect a pure classical song with Bombay Jayashree around, correct yourself. Harris Jayaraj has managed to render a fusion of Carnatic and Western peppy beat with right orchestration. With good percussions and a touch of 'Arabian' music stuff, the music composer has managed to create a feel-good sound, which is sure to click.

Kadhal Konjam (Naresh Iyer)

Begins on a high octave is Naresh Iyer. It has style and substance in it. The tune and rhythm pattern simply strikes you. Brimming with youthfulness all through, the song is a perfect one to sit on the lips of the youngsters. Harris Jayaraj's quality of audio mixing is amazing.

Un Siripinil (Gowthamy Rao, Robby)

The soft melody, especially after the previous number, is refreshing. Though the tune leave you with a heard-before feel, the soft trumpets and the slow beats leaves the listeners stumped. Gowthamy Rao is adequate and her voice fits with the minimal instrumentation.

Unakul Nanee (Madhusree)

A repeat of the song rendered by Bombay Jayashree. If the previous one was had the classical touch of Bombay Jayashree, Madhusree gives it a Western sheen. The best is more racy here.

Karu Karu (Krish, Naresh Iyer, Karthik)

The perfect song in the album. Mix of rhythm pieces with catchy interludes on the percussion instruments, the song simply rocks. Karthik at his best ever, the song is a perfect one for dance floors. Harris Jayaraj has simply weaved a magic. Good choice of instruments and a neat harmony makes the song click.
