Readers may remember that Indiaglitz had reported a few months ago that director Pa.Ranjith will direct two films for the Studio Green banner after the release of 'Kabali' with Superstar Rajinikanth. One film will have Suriya in the lead role and the other the director will team up for the second time with his 'Madras' hero Karthi.

As we all know Karthi is presently busy with 'Kaashmora' and he is expected to start shooting for the Mani Ratnam film from June. Then he will have to start working on the film directed by H.Vinoth of 'Sathuranga Vettai' fame. On the other hand Suriya is presently working on 'S3' directed by Hari and the versatile star's proposed bilingual project with director Thrivikram is yet to be officially firmed up.

Hence we learn from reliable sources that Ranjith will direct Suriya in his next after the release of 'Kabali'. This film will be produced by K.E.Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green.
