IndiaGlitz was one of the first to breake the news that Suriya will be the hero of promising young filmmaker Pa.Ranjith's next, after Superstar Rajinikanth starrer 'Kabali'.

While Ranjith is busy with the final leg of work on his dream project with the evergreen Superstar, he had taken part in the function conducted to release the 'Kabali' songs in Telugu. While speaking in this event Ranjith himself confirmed that Suriya will be the hero of his fourth film while 'Kabali' is his third after the super hit and critically acclaimed 'Attakathi' and 'Madras'.

Suriya after the success of '24' is presently busy shooting for 'S3' directed by Hari. The film is getting ready to hit the screens in October. Suriya will probably start work on Ranjith film after completing shooting and dubbing for 'S3'. This Suriya-Ranjith film is likely to be produced by K.Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green who produced 'Madras' starring Suriya's brother Karthi.
