Gopichand-starrer 'Oxygen', which was to hit the screens for Dasara, has recommenced with its shoot. In these and coming days, an action episode and two songs are going to be shot.

AM Jyothi Krishna, producer AM Ratnam's son, is the director. "Starring Gopichand in an aggressive role, the body language of which has been moulded to suit the character, this action thriller has Jagapathi Babu playing a key role," the director says.

The film has Anu Emmanuel and Raashi Khanna as female leads. "Our action thriller is coming with a never-seen-before concept. Each scene is exciting," the makers say.

Kick Shyaam, Ali, Brahmaji, Sitara, Abhimanyu Singh, Sayaji Shinde, Chandra Mohan, Sudha, Prabhakar, and Amith are seen. Music-directed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, it has cinematography by Vetri. Lyrics are by Ramajogayya Sastry.

Going by this, the film is going to hit the screens this year.
