Jack Fraser, a third-year physics student at the University of Oxford, solved a Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) question paper in “a third of the allowed time, and with 100% correct answers” and this did not go down well with some Indians.

Fraser was asked on Quora to solve the question paper, considered one of the toughest exams in India. The physics student solved the paper and then reported his ease in doing it, explaining that it would be easier for a college student like him to solve it that for someone right out of school. He was soon flooded with angry messages and insults on Quora.

Moreover, some users found his and his family`s Facebook accounts and started sending indecent messages. His mom was sent photos of “male genitalia” while he himself was told that he would be shivved.

The question was removed from Quora and Fraser later posted explaining the whole incident, adding that he was head over heals in love with an Indian woman and hence did not consider all Indians to be the same.
