Arav Nafeez was the winner of the first season of the Tamil version of 'Bigg Boss' hosted by Kamal Haasan. During the show Oviya and Arav were rumored to be in love and their candid kiss came to be known as the "Maruthuva Muththam". Later the 'Kalavani' heroine left the show due to mental stress issues perceived to have caused due to the turbulent love affair. Post 'Bigg Boss' Arav and Oviya have been spotted in many destinations and have denied rumours that they are living together.

Arav is acting as the hero in a new movie 'Raja Bheema' directed by Naresh Sampath in which Aashima Narwal as the leading lady. Oviya is giving a big boost to the film by making an important extended cameo appearance. Similarly the 'Bigg Boss 2' fame Yashikaa Aannand is also making a similar cameo appearance as well. The film based on the relationship between an elephant and a youth is expected to release in early 2020.
