The scriptwriter Sethu’s debut directorial venture Oru Kuttandan Blog, Poorna (Shamna Kasim) will see as portraying the role of a police officer. She is getting high rates for the performance in her recent Tamil movie Savarakathi, in which she played the role as unique as that of a pregnant, hearing the impaired woman. Oru Kuttanadan Blog is a village-based fun entertainer. Mammootty plays the role of Hari, a blogger who is very popular in the locality. The plot is set in a fictional village Krishnapuram in Kuttanad.

Meanwhile, Poorna is quite excited to play her first cop role. She remarked that she was offered roles as police officers even in the past, but she didn’t take them. But finally, she is doing it on a project with a wonderful team and a great character.

The film’s shoot will start in the first week of March and the movie also has Anu Sithara and Raai Laxmi as the female leads.

Recently in the Tamil movie, Kodiveeran Shamna has completely shaved her long tresses and seen ‘bald’in the film to play the character and give it a larger-than-life look.
