'Ori Devuda' is the title of the upcoming movie of PVP Cinema and Sri Venkateswara Creations. Its trailer is out ahead of the theatrical release on October 21.
Vishwak Sen plays a young husband named Arjun. His wife Anu (debutante Mithila Palkar, who has previously done Hindi and Marathi films) suspects that he is running an extra-marital affair with Meera (Asha Bhat). When she confronts him and picks up a quarrel, Arjun decides to seek divorce.
Enter God (Venkatesh) and his assistant (Rahul Ramakrishna), who learn about Arjun's problems. The God gives the male lead an opportunity to rectify his past by doing time travel. The rest of the film is about what happens in the lives of Arjun, Anu, and Meera.
Murali Sharma is seen as Arjun's father-in-law. Elements like a latrine company and the acting ambition of the male lead have been retained from the Tamil original, 'Oh My Kadavule'. Gautham Menon has been reprised by Puri Jagannadh.
With dialogues by Tharun Bhaskar, the rom-com has music by Leon James (who has composed a Sid Sriram-crooned song for the movie). Vidhu Ayyanna and Vijay Mukthavarapu are its cinematographer and editor, respectively.
