Director Pushkar and Gayathri are hopeful of getting the right results in Oram Po.

The movie initially titled Auto has been changed to Oram Po. Starring Arya and Pooja, the movie captures the lifestyle of auto-drivers in Chennai. Say the director couple, “Rajinikanth starrer Baasha brought respect to auto-drivers. Oram Po would go a step further and bring to light the positive side of the auto-drivers and capture their lifestyle in colour.”

Heaping laurels on Arya, they say, “He transformed himself into a local auto-driver. He worked a lot on his body language and mannerisms. He observed many auto-drivers from very close quarters. Equally supportive was Pooja.”

The major highlight of the movie is an auto race. The climax features an auto race which was shot in the streets of Chennai on late nights.

Oram Po would hit the screens later next month.
