Operation Valentine’s trailer: Varun Tej’s fight for the country

Salman Khan and Ram Charan unveiled the captivating trailers of Operation Valentine in both Hindi and Telugu languages this Tuesday. Directed by the talented ad filmmaker Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, the movie stars Varun Tej and Manushi Chhillar in pivotal roles. Drawing inspiration from true events, the film promises an exhilarating aerial adventure, showcased brilliantly in its trailer.

Clocking in at 2 minutes and 42 seconds, the trailer delves into the character of Varun’s Rudra, a pilot with a rebellious streak, portrayed vividly as he defies orders and grapples with the scars of his experiences. Manushi Chhillar shines as Sonal, Rudra’s girlfriend and a radar officer, questioning his daring nature. The trailer captures the tension of facing terrorism head-on, leaving viewers on the edge with a tantalizing cliffhanger. Additionally, it introduces Navdeep, Ali Reza, and Ruhani Sharma in their roles as fellow IAF pilots, adding depth to the ensemble cast.

Varun Tej, shedding light on the film’s uniqueness compared to others in the genre, emphasized its focus on the personal lives of IAF officers rather than glorifying specific incidents like the Balakot airstrike. He emphasized the exploration of their professional and personal struggles, steering clear of portraying any country or individual in a negative light.

Backed by Sony Pictures International Production, Operation Valentine pays homage to the unwavering courage of our Air Force heroes, depicting the challenges they confront in safeguarding the nation. Penned by Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, Aamir Khan, and Siddharth Raj Kumar, the film is slated for release on March 1 next year, marking Varun’s debut in Hindi cinema’s northern region and Manushi’s introduction to the southern film industry.

Varun Tej is pinning all his hopes on this film as his previous ventures Ghani and Gandeevadhari Arjuna bombed at the box office. Operation Valentine turns out to be Varun Tej’s first pan India project and fans are super excited.
