Operation Gold Fish Trailer launched

'Operation Gold Fish' (OGF) is a promising and thrilling movie starring Aadi Saikumar as the hero and prominent writer Abburi Ravi as the antagonist. It's coming in the direction of Adivi Saikiran, who has made soft films like 'Vinayakudu', 'Village Lo Vinayakudu' and 'Kerintha' in the past. Prathiba Adivi, Katta Asish Reddy, Keshav Uma Swaroop, Padmanabha Reddy, Garry BH, Satish Degala, and the film's artists and technicians are its producers.

The film tells the story of the plight of Kashmiri Hindus in a sensitive light against the backdrop of terror. The makers are happy that the film has completed its Censor formalities, receiving U/A and is gearing up for a grand release on October 18.

The film's Trailer was today unveiled by 'King' Nagarjuna.

Speaking today at an event held for launching the trailer, director Adivi Saikiran said, "I received emotional support from Abburi Ravi garu throughout. He is the film's backbone and played a major role in ensuring that the output is excellent. Ramajogayya Sastry garu's lyrics come with amazing wordings in our film. Ours is a cross-genre film. We spoke to Kashmiri Pandit families in Hyderabad to know their harrowing experiences first hand. This is a fictional story based on some true incidents. Aadi will be seen as an NSG commando, Manoj Nandam has played a character named Farooq Iqbal Iraqi. The film also stars Sasha Chettri, Krishnudu, Nithya Naresh, Parvatheesam, Karthik Raju and others in important roles."

Ramajogayya Sastry said, "It's hard to bring out a film like this. The makers have secured the right release date. This is a passionate team who deserve profits due to their honesty and sincerity. The film deals with a contemporary and topical issue, as it touches upon Kashmir and the issue of terrorism. I have penned four songs and all of them have come out really well. The 'Mahatma' song, the friendship sing, and 'Paluke' have received much appreciation. Each of the songs is situational."

Cinematographer Jayapal Reddy said that the output of the film is excellent.

Karthik Raju said, "Everybody has worked really hard on this movie. Adivi garu is like my brother. He loves cinema a lot. It has taken a year for this film to come out. He used to sleep in the Editing room at times. I am sure 'OGF' will rain moolah at the box-office."

Nithya Naresh said, "Saikiran garu, the captain of the ship, is one of the most hardworking persons I have seen. It was a lovely opportunity to work with him and the entire team. Abburi Ravi garu's script designing is amazing. He did a lot of research and is unbelievable as a badass villain. The songs are catchy and meaningful. The cinematographer is a quiet person whose work speaks for itself. Aadi is down-to-earth. It was amazing to work with the co-stars in Araku and Vizag. It was like a vacation. A big shoutout to all the people who have worked on the movie."

Abburi Ravi said, "I avoided my director after he told me that I should play the villain's role. I used to think that acting is not my cup of tea. I reluctantly gave a look test, believing that he will say no to me once he sees my acting. But I myself liked my look. I am someone who worships God every day. And I was made to hate India and raise Jihadi slogans in the movie. I was made to do even fights. I couldn't utter 'Jihad' and instead said 'Jai Hind' during the shoot. I thank Suresh Kocchatil, who is associated with BJP, for helping us in doing research. Raka Sudhakar garu also helped us. We spoke to Kashmiri Pandit families to know about their heart-rending experiences. Not the entire film is about their travails."

Aadi Saikumar said, "The audience have always blessed me. I was bowled over by the characterization of my character, Arjun Pandit. Kashmir was not topical when we started this movie. We have shown some hard-hitting facts in it. It's a fictional story woven around true incidents. There is also a rom-com track. People are accepting refreshing movies these days. 'OGF' will infuse patriotic feelings in you. The fights, music, visuals have come out really well. We thank everyone from Superstar Mahesh Babu garu to my friend Rana, Vijay Deverakonda, King Nagarjuna garu, Trivikram Srinivas and others for unveiling the promotional posters of the movie."
