In his latest interview, actor Shivaji has defended himself as a neutral public personality. "I am not on the payrolls of Chandrababu Naidu garu or Jagan garu to eat the biscuits thrown at me by them. I have spoken about Operation Garuda only because it's relevant for the people of the state," Shivaji said.

How did he know that there would be an attempt on the life of Jagan? "I never said in my Operation Garuda video that the Opposition leader would be targeted," Shivaji clarified.

The interviewer dared him to name the politician who is a BJP covert in the TDP and who is allegedly carrying out the Garuda operation. Shivaji refused to say the name. But he added that the politician's (bank) loans were waived off (by the Centre) for his services.

Who is "Kalyan ji", working for a "national party" and who informed Shivaji of Garda? Is he an RSS man? "Did I ever use the word RSS in all this? Where did you pick this up?" Shivaji asked.

The actor scoffed at the suggestion that he received payment from the TDP for peddling the Garuda narrative. "I have three bank accounts, all of them in Hyderabad branches of different banks. In one account, I have Rs. 6000 in the Savings Account, in another I have Rs. 2.35 lakhs, in the third I have Rs. 7,50,000," Shivaji said.

The interviewer suggested that Shivaji has received monies in overseas bank accounts. At this, the actor got almost furious. "How much did you receive from YSRCP to ask me this question," Shivaji asked the host. "I earned so much as an artist. In 2002-03, I paid higher taxes than Jagan Mohan Reddy was paying at that time," Shivaji claimed.

Throughout the interview, Shivaji painted the interviewer as a YSRCP puppet.

Shivaji's attitude was so aggressive during the interview that the host asked him if he thinks of himself as a Chiranjeevi or a Pawan Kalyan. "Do they have anything special projecting out of their heads?" Shivaji asked.
