'Operation Duryodhana', a commercial hit

Posani Krishnamurali directed a film, 'Operation Duryodhana' on his own banner Aman International with Srikanth, Kalyani in the lead and Mumaith Khan in a special role. The budget of the film was Rs 1.40 crores.
However, the trade sources of the film industry estimated that it is likely to collect Rs 10 crores. It may be mentioned here that the debut film of Posani Krishnamurali 'Sravana Masam' was a huge disaster.
But the latest film established him as a successful director and a financially hit producer.
Darsaka Ratna Dasari Narayana Rao says that small budget films would definitely rule the roost if the director could effectively explain what he wanted on the screen, Posani's film proved it practically.
