A film with a big director will usually open new doors for any actor.

It sure has, anyway, for Sairam Shankar.

The young hero, brother of Puri Jagannadh, is currently acting in Krishna Vamsi’s Danger.

The film has huge expectations riding on it.

But even before the movie is released, Sairam, who started with 143, has been signed up for a new film to be directed by Marthan K Shankar. He is the brother of Marthan K Venkatesh.

Just the kind of break that Sairam would have been hoping for.
