The censor certification of Oopiri was completed moments ago. It has got a clean U. The film is slated for a grand March 25 release. Touted to have been made on a humongous budget of Rs. 6 cr, this Telugu-Tamil bi-lingual has much expectations around it.

The audio has received well by music lovers. The makers are confident that Gopi Sunder's music will have the audience tapping their foot.

Vamsi Paidipally, the makers say, will deliver a hat-trick after the success of Brindavanam (2010) and Yevadu (2014). The bi-lingual has Nagarjuna playing a quadriplegic, while Karthi plays his caretaker. Tamannah Bhatia is playing his love interest.

Starring Nagarjuna Akkineni, Karthi, Tamannah, Jayasudha, Prakash Raj, Ali, Kalpana and others are part of the cast. Lyrics are written by Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry and Ramajogayya Sastry.

Tamannah has described Oopiri as a proper bi-lingual as it has one big male star each from Tollywood and Kollywood.
