Prithviraj's first release of the year 'One Way Ticket' made a grand opening in more than sixty centers, all across Kerala. This is a record, as far as PrithviÂs movies are concerned, which normally makes a release in less than fifty centers. The highlight of the movie is definitely Mammootty, who is playing a short cameo as himself in the movie.
Prithviraj appears in the movie as an ardent fan of Mammootty, and in that sense, the film will portray the story about the life of a ''fan'' of a superstar. Directed by Bibin Prabhakar, the movie is touted as a hilarious family affair.
Meanwhile, the other superstar of Kerala, Mohanlal will also have a release today in 'Mizhikal Sakshi'- a movie by serious film maker Ashok R Nath.
Lal also appear in a cameo in this movie, which is a hard hitting film telling the plight of a mother who wanders in search of his missing son. This realistic movie presenting Sukumari in a full length role got released in 36 centers in the state. Completed in a very mean budget, the movie is expected to do well with the serious audiences. The trade expects the movie to become a profit maker, even if it can complete two weeks in all release centers.
