My roles in Tiger and Bharathchandran are different for they have very different working styles and belong to two genres of the men in police uniform, says Suresh Gopi whose Tiger released on Friday.

In Tiger, he plays a suave police official who believes in smooth operations and gives priority to the head over the heart.

'I had a great responsibility, and took a risk doing this film, as Tiger comes close on the heels of Bharatchandran. So, I have given it an entirely different treatment, as you will see. The suspense is maintained till four minutes before the climax,' says director Shaji Kailas.

Congress leader Rajmohan Unnithan is playing a politician. 'The spot editing, done perhaps for the first time in Malayalam cinema, in Tiger, by Don Max, helped the movie,' explains Shaji.

'Shaji has brought out a new performance from me,' Suresh Gopi adds.

Gopika plays the journalist while Sai Kumar and Anand play cops who assist Suresh Gopi.
