'Muran', the Cheran - Prasanna starrer, is directed by Rajjan Madhav and the music is by his brother Sajjan Madhav. In the film's album, three songs have been crooned by Naveen, brother of Rajjan and Sajjan!

Says the director, "Both Sajjan and Naveen are very much interested in music. Naveen has sung the promo track and two other songs for this film, with Rahul Nambiar."

Rajjan was an associate to Mysskin and it was on the sets of 'Yudham Sei' Cheran, the protagonist of the film, spotted the talent of Rajjan. "Immediately he accepted to play the lead role in Muran besides producing it," say circles close to the filmmaker.

Now, the rights of the film have been acquired by UTV Motion Pictures, which is getting ready to release it in a grand manner next week. "It is a thriller about contradictions in human life," sources say.
