After the Chief Ministers of Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka, one more CM has tested positive for coronavirus. Manohar Lal Khattar, the Haryana CM, on Monday evening made his status public.
"I was tested for Novel Corona Virus today. My test report has returned positive. I appeal to all colleagues and associates who came in my contact over the last week to get themselves tested. I request my close contacts to move into strict quarantine immediately (sic)," the BJP leader tweeted.
If Shivraj Singh Chauhan tested negative on August 11, BS Yeddyurappa tested negative on August 10. Recently Union Home Minister Amit Shah tested negative and was discharged from hospital. However, two days later, he was once again hospitalized due to fatigue and mild fever. Incidentally, all the above political heavyweights are BJP politicos.
