Becoming the first Bollywood, Milan Luthria’s most awaited project ‘Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai-2’ was shot recently in the beautiful Arabian country of Oman.

According to sources, the forthcoming film by Balaji Motion Pictures shot in Oman’s exotic locales of Qantab Beach, Qurum Corniche, Central Business District and The Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa.

Sources shared that the makers of OUATIM 2 wanted to shoot in a location which had a blend of retro and contemporary feel.

Besides they were looking for a pristine beauty in Middle East and Oman turned out to be the perfect destination, given the fact that it was also a relatively virgin location to shoot a film.

Oman proved to have offered visually a lot with its rich mix of sea, sand and mountains - all of which worked in the favour of the filmmakers.

Star cast comprising of Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, Imran Khan and Sonali Bendre the sequel of OUATIM is slated to hit the screens on 8th August, 2013.
