There is a slew of Mohanlal films waiting to roll into the theaters. The success of Naren, the biggest grosser among the Onam releases, has given a new impetus to his career.
Mahasamudhram will be one of his next offerings after Naren. Directed by Janaardhan, the film stars Padhmapriya as heroine.
Then there is Thanmatra will be ready before the end of this month. He will be playing the lead in Major Ravi's Kargil with the shooting beginning in April next year.
Meanwhile, Kanal, another of his new film, started rolling. A search is on for a suitable heroine. Full-fledged shooting will begin before the end of this year.
