'Old Monk' Trailer: Promises to be a laugh riot

'Old Monk', starring Srini and Aditi Prabhudeva in the lead, is directed by MG Srinivas. Its trailer is out.
Starring also S Narayan and Sihikahi Chandru, the entertainer is dubbed from Kannada. If Mollywood actor Sudev Nair is the villain, the film also has senior actor Rajesh and Sunil Raoh in guest roles.
For the looks of it, the laugh-riot is staged as a rom-com wherein the elders are eccentric and the male lead doesn't have a functioning brain. The quirkiness is reminiscent of a lot of madcap comedies that we have seen from time to time.
With music by Saurabh and Vaibhav, its cinematography is by Bharath Parashuram. Editing is by Deepu S Kumar.
The film's release date is yet to be announced.
