'Old Monk', starring Srini and Aditi Prabhudeva in the lead, is directed by MG Srinivas. Featuring also S Narayan and Sihikahi Chandru, the entertainer is dubbed from Kannada. If Mollywood actor Sudev Nair is the villain, the film also has senior actor Rajesh and Sunil Raoh in guest roles.

The news is that a song titled 'Gicchi Gili Gili' from the entertainer was released in Telugu and Kannada on Friday. The peppy number, composed by the Saurabh-Vaibhav duo, has lyrics by Purnachary. Rendered by Dhanunjay Seepana, the glitzy song has a quirky feel.

The film is a laugh-riot and is staged as a rom-com wherein the elders are eccentric and the male lead doesn't have a functioning brain. Its cinematography is by Bharath Parashuram. Editing is by Deepu S Kumar.
